چکیده
زمینه و هدف: اعتیاد به بازیهای دیجیتال یکی از چالشهای سلامت روان در نوجوانان است و پریشانی روانشناختی بهعنوان عامل زمینهساز آن شناسایی شده است. هدف پژوهش تعیین نقش میانجی اجتناب تجربی در رابطه پریشانی روانشناختی با اختلال اعتیاد به بازی در نوجوانان بود.
مواد و روشها: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی-همبستگی از نوع مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را دانشآموزان دوره دوم متوسطه مدارس دولتی شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 1405-1404 تشکیل دادند که از میان آنها تعداد 314 نفر به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای چندمرحلهای انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها شامل مقیاس پریشانی روانشناختی Lovibond و Lovibond (1995)، پرسشنامه اجتناب تجربی Bond و همکاران (2011) و مقیاس اعتیاد به بازی دیجیتالی Matinfar و همکاران (1396) بود. دادهها با استفاده از همبستگی Pearson و مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: یافتهها نشان داد که پریشانی روانشناختی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر اختلال اعتیاد به بازی دارا بود (41/0=β، 01/0>P). همچنین، اجتناب تجربی پیشبینیکننده معنادار اختلال اعتیاد به بازی بود (45/0=β، 01/0>P). افزون بر این، بین پریشانی روانشناختی و اجتناب تجربی رابطه مثبت و معناداری مشاهده شد (28/0=β، 01/0>P). نتایج حاکی از اثر غیرمستقیم پریشانی روانشناختی بر اختلال اعتیاد به بازی از طریق اجتناب تجربی در نوجوانان (13/0=β، 01/0>P) و اثر کل پریشانی روانشناختی بر این اختلال (54/0=β، 01/0>P) بود.
نتیجهگیری: یافتهها حاکی از نقش میانجی اجتناب تجربی در رابطه پریشانی روانشناختی و اعتیاد به بازی بود. لذا، برنامههای غربالگری و مداخلات مبتنی بر انعطافپذیری روانشناختی در مدارس پیشنهاد میشود.
