چکیده
زمینه و هدف: تفاوت‌های جنسیتی خاص در بیومکانیک مفصل زانو و نیروهای عکس‌العمل زمینی پس از جراحی بازسازی رباط صلیبی قدامی (Anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction; ACLR) حین راه‌رفتن مشخص شده است. بنابراین، نمی‌توان مکانیک مفصل زانو و نیروهای عکس‌العمل زمینی را در زنان همانند مردان فرض کرد. در این مرور نظام‌مند و متا-آنالیز، هدف مطالعه حاضر تعیین تفاوت جنسیت در بازیابی بیومکانیک مفصل زانو و نیروهای عکس‌العمل زمینی پس از جراحی ACLR حین راه‌رفتن بود.
مواد و روش‌ها: پنج پایگاه داده الکترونیکی شامل Scopus، PubMed، EMBASE، PEDro و Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials به‌صورت نظام‌مند تا ژوئن 2026 برای شناسایی مقالات واجد شرایط بالقوه جست‌وجو شدند. نسخه اصلاح شده چک‌لیست Downs و Black برای ارزیابی کیفیت روش‌شناختی مطالعات وارد شده به‌کار گرفته شد.
یافته‌ها: در نهایت شش مطالعه با میانگین کیفیت روش شناسی 66  درصد وارد مرور شدند. یافته‌های مطالعات اصلی نشان داده‌اند که در زیرگروه مرد، گشتاور اداکتوری زانو و نیروی عمودی عکس‌العمل زمین در بیماران ACLR به‌طور معنی‌داری، کمتر از گروه کنترل سالم یافت شد (05/0>P). در زیرگروه زن، در بیماران ACLR نیروی عمودی عکس‌العمل زمین به‌طور معناداری بیش‌تر از گروه کنترل سالم مشاهده گردید (05/0>P).
نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های مرور نظام‌مند و متا-آنالیز حاضر بیانگر بازسازی متفاوت الگوی راه‌رفتن مردان در مقایسه با زنان با سابقه ACLR است. نتایج این مطالعه بر ضرورت طراحی برنامه‌های توان‌بخشی هدف‌مند بر اساس جنسیت برای اصلاح و تغییر الگوی بارگذاری مفصل زانو و نیروهای عکس‌العمل زمینی پس از ACLR تأکید دارد.
