زمینه و هدف: مادران کودکان مبتلا به سرطان بهدلیل مسئولیت سنگین مراقبت و مواجهه مداوم با استرس‌های درمانی، آسیب‌پذیری روانی بالایی را تجربه می‌کنند. این پژوهش به دنبال تعیین رابطه رضایت زناشویی و کیفیت زندگی با نقش میانجی‌گری پریشانی روان‌شناختی در مادران کودکان سرطانی می‌باشد.
مواد و روش‌ها: روش پژوهش حاضر، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی با مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل تمامی مادران دارای کودک سرطانی در سال 1403 شهر تهران بود که از این میان، تعداد 217 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس به عنوان نمونه وارد پژوهش شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل مقیاس‌های کیفیت زندگی World Health Organization (1997)، پریشانی روان‌شناختی Kessler و همکاران (2002) و زوجی انریچ Olson و Fower (1989) بود. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون همبستگی Pearson و مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد رضایت زناشویی با کیفیت زندگی، رابطه مثبت معنادار (35/0=r) و با پریشانی روان شناختی (37/0-=r) رابطه منفی معناداری داشت (01/0P<). هم‌چنین، پریشانی روان‌شناختی با کیفیت زندگی رابطه منفی معناداری (47/0-=r، 01/0P<) داشت. بر اساس آزمون Bootstrap، اثر غیرمستقیم رضایت زناشویی بر کیفیت زندگی از طریق پریشانی روان‌شناختی معنادار بود (10/0=β، فاصله اطمینان 95%: 16/0-06/0).
نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که رضایت زناشویی از طریق پریشانی روان شناختی با کیفیت زندگی در مادران کودکان مبتلا به سرطان رابطه غیرمستقیم دارد. بر این اساس، پیشنهاد می‌شود برنامه‌های مداخله‌ای خانواده‌محور با هدف کاهش پریشانی روان‌شناختی و ارتقاء رضایت زناشویی در مادران طراحی و اجرا گردد تا از این طریق، کیفیت زندگی آنان بهبود یابد.
