زمینه و هدف: ملال جنسیتی در نوجوانی می‌تواند موجب اختلال اساسی در کارکرد اجتماعی، تحصیلی و سایر زمینه‌های زندگی فرد شود. هدف پژوهش حاضر تبیین ارتباط ترومای کودکی و کیفیت رابطه با والدین با ملال جنسیتی با میانجی‌گری نشخوار فکری در نوجوانان دختر بود.
مواد و روش‌ها: جامعه آماری مطالعه توصیفی حاضر، کلیه نوجوانان دختر 13 تا 18 سال شهر اهواز می‌باشند. حجم نمونه در این پژوهش تعداد 316 آزمودنی بود که با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای در سال تحصیلی 1403- 1404 انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش، پرسش‌نامه‌های ملال جنسیتی Deogracias (2007)، کیفیت روابط با والدین Fine و Schwebel (1983) و ترومای دوران کودکی Bernstein (2003) بودند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها به روش مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد ضریب مسیر کل بین کیفیت رابطه با والدین (437/0-=β، 001/0=P)، ترومای کودکی (514/0=β، 001/0=P) و نشخوار فکری (461/0=β، 001/0= P) با ملال جنسیتی معنادار بود. همچنین، ضریب مسیر غیر‌مستقیم بین کیفیت رابطه با والدین
(202/0-=β، 001/0= P) و ترومای کودکی (146/0=β، 001/0= P) با ملال جنسیتی از طریق نشخوار فکری معنی‌دار بود.
نتیجه گیری: نشخوار فکری در نوجوانان دختر ارتباط بین کیفیت رابطه با والدین و ترومای کودکی را با ملال جنسیتی میانجی‌گری می‌کند. بنابراین، متخصصین سلامت روان برنامه‌هایی را در زمینه پیشگیری و مداخله در ملال جنسیتی، برای والدین و نوجوانان ایجاد نمایند.
