زمینه و هدف: سرطان پستان شایعترین بدخیمی در میان زنان است و پیامدهای روانشناختی و شناختی قابل توجهی دارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی مداخله توانبخشی شناختی بر تصویر بدنی و توجه در زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان انجام شد.
مواد و روشها: این مطالعه نیمهتجربی با طرح پیشآزمون-پسآزمون همراه با گروه کنترل و پیگیری سهماهه انجام شد. تعداد 30 زن مبتلا به سرطان پستان بهصورت هدفمند انتخاب و بهطور تصادفی در دو گروه توانبخشی شناختی (۱۵ نفر) و کنترل (۱۵ نفر) گمارده شدند. گروه مداخله ۱۲ جلسه گروهی توانبخشی شناختی (Cognitive Rehabilitation Therapy; CRT) دریافت کردند و گروه کنترل مداخلهای دریافت نکرد. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه چندبعدی نگرش فرد نسبت به بدن (Multidimensional Body-Self Relations Questionnaire; MBSRQ) و آزمون عملکرد مداوم (Continuous Performance Test; CPT) بودند. دادهها با استفاده از آنالیز واریانس دوطرفه با اندازهگیریهای مکرر تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد اثر زمان، گروه و اثر متقابل آنها بر تصویر بدنی معنیدار بود (44/414=F، 0/001>P، 0/613=η²). همچنین، مداخله توانبخشی شناختی موجب کاهش معنیدار خطای ارائه پاسخ، خطای حذف و زمان واکنش شد (0/001>P). نتایج پیگیری سه ماهه نشان داد اگرچه بخشی از اثرات مداخله کاهش یافت، اما بهبود تصویر بدنی و عملکرد توجهی نسبت به پیشآزمون همچنان معنیدار باقی ماند.
نتیجهگیری: مطالعه حاضر نشان داد توانبخشی شناختی در بهبود تصویر بدنی و عملکردهای توجهی زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان مؤثر است؛ با این حال، به دلیل حجم نمونه محدود، تعمیم یافتهها باید با احتیاط انجام شود. بهکارگیری این مداخله در برنامههای حمایتی مراکز انکولوژی پیشنهاد میشود.
