چکیده
زمینه و هدف: وسواس جبری رابطهای یکی از انواع جدید وسواس است که علائم آن متمرکز بر رابطه است. هدف از این پژوهش تعیین رابطه ساختاری علائم وسواس جبری رابطهای با رضایت زناشویی با در نظر گرفتن نقش میانجی حسادت بود.
مواد و روشها: نوع پژوهش توصیفی-همبستگی و روش تحلیل دادهها مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه افراد متأهل ساکن شهر مشهد در سال 1402 بود که از میان آنها ۳۵۰ نفر به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش عبارت بودند از مقیاس کیفیت رابطه زناشویی Hendrick (۱۹۸۸)، پرسشنامه علائم وسواس جبری رابطهای Doron و همکاران (۲۰۱۲) و مقیاس چندبعدی حسادت Pfeiffer و Wong (۱۹۸۹). دادهها با استفاده از همبستگی Pearson و مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: میانگین و انحراف معیار متغیرها به ترتیب برای علائم وسواس جبری رابطهای 17/15±92/20، حسادت 64/42±73/68 و رضایت زناشویی 07/7±04/23 بود. همچنین، یافتهها نشان داد که علائم وسواس جبری رابطهای با حسادت رابطهای مثبت و معنادار دارد (49/0=r، 001/0>P) و با رضایت زناشویی رابطهای منفی و معنادار دارد (54/0-=r، 001/0>P). علاوه بر این، میان حسادت و رضایت زناشویی نیز رابطه منفی و معنادار مشاهده شد (69/0-=r، 001/0>P). همچنین، حسادت نقش میانجی بین علائم وسواس جبری رابطهای و رضایت زناشویی ایفاء میکند (27/0-=r، 001/0>P).
نتیجهگیری: مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که علائم وسواس جبری رابطهای با میانجیگری حسادت بر رضایت زناشویی تأثیر میگذارد؛ یافتهای که بر ضرورت طراحی مداخلات درمانی متمرکز بر کاهش حسادت و اصلاح الگوهای شناختی-هیجانی مرتبط با وسواس در رضایت زناشویی تأکید میکند.
