چکیده
زمینه و هدف: خودکشی و رفتارهای خودکشی از جمله مشکلات مهم بهداشت عمومی است که تحت تأثیر عوامل مختلفی از جمله عوامل اقتصادی، اجتماعی، محیطی و فرهنگی میباشد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین توزیع جغرافیایی خودکشی و اقدام به خودکشی در شهرستانهای تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز طی سالهای 1401-1396 انجام شد.
مواد و روشها: مطالعه توصیفی حاضر بر روی 38091 مورد اقدام به خودکشی و 1763 مورد خودکشی کامل که از اول فروردین 1396 تا آخر اسفند 1401 در شهرستانهای تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز رخ داده است، انجام شد. جهت جمعآوری دادهها از چکلیست ماهانه برنامه پیشگیری از خودکشی استفاده شد. دادهها با آزمون مجذور کای تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: بهطور متوسط میزان اقدام به خودکشی در شهرستانهای تحت پوشش دانشگاه 36/147 در هر صد هزار نفر در سال بود. بیشترین موارد اقدام به خودکشی را شهرستان شیراز (8/49 درصد) جمعیت زنان (2/69 درصد) و ساکنین شهر (1/78 درصد) به خود اختصاص داده بودند. در مقابل، بهطور متوسط میزان خودکشی 76/6 در هر صد هزار نفر در سال بود. اکثریت موارد خودکشی را شهرستان شیراز (5/34 درصد)، مردان (6/70 درصد) و جمعیت شهری (4/61 درصد) به خود اختصاص داده بودند.
نتیجهگیری: بهطور کلی روند خودکشی و اقدام به خودکشی در شهرستانهای دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز رو به افزایش است. الگوی جغرافیایی خودکشی نشان داد در اکثر شهرستانها، تعداد اقدام به خودکشی در زنان بیشتر از مردان مشاهده شده است. مردان سهم بالاتری از خودکشی کامل داشتند، همچنین بیشترین موارد اقدام و خودکشی در مناطق شهری اتفاق افتاده است.
