Abstract:   (26 Views)
Background and Objectives: Health sector employees are at risk of burnout due to exposure to stressors. This study was conducted to determine the relationship between stress and burnout in health network employees in Boshruyeh County in 2024.
Materials and Methods: This descriptive study included 72 employees of the health network in Boshruyeh, who were selected using a census method. Data were collected using standard Osipow Job Stress and Meslash Job Burnout Questionnaires and analyzed using an independent t-test and one-way analysis of variance.
Results: The results showed that employees experienced moderate levels of job stress and burnout, with no significant relationship between the two (p>0.05). The highest level of stress was related to role ambiguity, while the lowest was associated with the physical work environment.
Conclusion: Considering the relatively high levels of these factors, implementing supportive and educational programs to reduce stress and prevent job burnout is recommended.
