زمینه و هدف: در نوجوانان گرایش به مصرف مواد با رفتارهای پرخطر همراه است. هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی بسته روانآموزشی کاهش گرایش به مصرف مواد بر تکانشگری و عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی در دانشآموزان دختر دارای گرایش به مصرف مواد است.
مواد و روشها: این مطالعه نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون-پسآزمون همراه با گروه کنترل و پیگیری سهماهه انجام شد. جامعه آماری دانشآموزان دختر دوره دوم متوسطه شهر اردبیل در سال 1403 بود که ۳۰ نفر به روش هدفمند انتخاب و بهطور تصادفی در گروه مداخله یا کنترل (هر کدام ۱۵ نفر) قرار گرفتند. گروه مداخله ۱۲ جلسه بسته روانآموزشی دریافت کرد، در حالیکه گروه کنترل مداخلهای دریافت نکرد. ابزارها شامل پرسشنامه گرایش به اعتیاد (Addiction Tendency Questionnaire; ATQ)، مقیاس تکانشگری (Barratt Impulsiveness Scale; BIS-11) و مقیاس تحمل نکردن بلاتکلیفی (Intolerance of Uncertainty Scale; IUS) بود. دادهها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس دوطرفه با اندازهگیریهای مکرر تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد اثر زمان (68/63=(2,56)F، 001/0>P، 695/0=η²) و تعامل زمان×گروه (52/12=(2,56)F، 001/0>P، 309/0=η²) بر تکانشگری معنادار بود؛ بهگونهای که تکانشگری در پسآزمون کاهش یافت، اما در پیگیری پایدار نماند. همچنین، اثر زمان (53/17=(2,56)F، 001/0>P، 385/0=η²) و تعامل زمان×گروه (74/10=(2,56)F، 001/0>P، 277/0=η²) بر عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی معنادار بود که بیانگر کاهش معنادار آن در پسآزمون و تداوم اثر در پیگیری بود.
نتیجهگیری: بسته روانآموزشی در کاهش تکانشگری و عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی مؤثر است و میتواند به پیشگیری از گرایش به مصرف مواد کمک کند. برگزاری جلسات تقویتی برای تداوم اثرات توصیه میشود.
